
Annika, a Certified Nutritionist, completed her B.A. at Swarthmore College, PA., in a psychology, pre-medical curriculum. She later attained her Nutrition Certification (CN®) through the American Health Sciences University in Colorado. Known for her high standards, Annika has been at the forefront of the nutritional supplement industry for more than a decade.
Since June 2000, Annika has owned and operated Rockwell Nutrition, Inc., offering top quality, professional brand nutritional supplements, which conform to GMP standards as well as third-party testing. Through her 12 years in the supplement industry, Annika has made a careful selection of brands carried on her site based on her personal visits to the manufacturing facilities, quality control verification, and her own personal/family health improvement while using these supplements.
Furthermore, Rockwell Nutrition offers customized nutritional consultations conducted by a licensed registered dietitian for individuals wanting to learn about nutrition and their health concerns or goals. Clients can purchase a customized meal and supplement program tailored to their needs, as well as request diagnostic tests including food allergy testing, nutritional blood tests, and hair analysis to help assess the best treatment options for women's health and conditions including cancer, heart disease, diabetes, weight gain, low energy, and gastrointestinal ailments.
Helping add to her vast knowledge, Annika has served as a consultant to several nutritional supplement companies including Millennium Nutritionals, the AHCC Research Association, & QOL Labs, providing assistance with technical support, nutritional research, product development, and marketing.
From 1996-2000, she was a nutrition researcher for Designs For Health Institute (DFHI), based in Boulder, CO., and trained under Robert Crayhon, CN, MS, acclaimed speaker, author, and nutrition expert. In addition, Annika is a Certified Designs For Health® Associate Nutritionist. She has completed several DFHI advanced training programs in clinical nutrition, which are the most comprehensive and scientifically-based seminars related to both macro- and micro-nutrition. In this capacity, she has been advising medical doctors and other practitioners on technical and other issues related to incorporating diet and use of nutritional supplements in their practice.
To stay abreast of the latest scientific findings, industry trends, and clinical tools, Annika regularly attends nutrition and health seminars, including those hosted by Crayhon Research, Defeat Autism Now (DAN!), DFH, and Expo East.
On a more personal note, Annika is passionate about educating on the dangers of
infant vaccinations, an advocate of
natural childbirth, midwifes, doulas,
breastfeeding,
omega 3s during pregnancy and lactation,
cloth diapers, good filtered water, recycling, going green, and organic food.

Rachael Richardson, RD, LN
Rachael Richardson is a Registered Dietician and FL Licensed Nutritionist. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition at the University of North Florida, where she was a full scholarship athlete. She then practiced nutrition/ dietetics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she earned accreditation to become registered as a dietician.
From working with women, infants, and children (WIC) to providing Geriatric Nutritional Care (at Miami Jewish Home and Hospital) to counseling HIV/AIDS patients in Miami, Rachael has seen and addressed a wide variety of health needs. She continues to teach people of all walks of life how to use food to improve their health. Treatable conditions range from weight issues and diabetes to high cholesterol, hypertension, immune dysfunction, chronic pain, mood instability, intestinal disorders, involuntary weight loss, food allergies, and many more. They all have one valuable thing in common; they are all affected greatly by what we eat (or don’t eat).
Rachael’s goal is to empower her clients with nutritional knowledge and motivation to help maximize each person’s genetic potential; in essence, helping them maximize their quality of life. Nutritional intervention and prevention also help to minimize long term rising health care costs for her clients and for society.
Rachael practices what she preaches. Through healthy living, educational and experiential background, and a supportive approach, Rachael is able to foster the kind of change that makes a significant difference in the quality of the lives’ of her clients.
