Mixed Carotenoids

Beta-Carotene Capsules provides an excellent amount of mixed carotenoids, naturally-derived from dunaliella salina algae, for maximum absorption and utilization, and to specifically assist in the maintenance of a healthy immune system. Mixed carotenoids include beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, cryptoxanthin, zeaxanthin and lutein. Carotenoids possess specific antioxidant activities that boost the immune system and help to reduce the risk of cancer.

Dunaliella salina (Beta-carotene)  25000 IU

Beta-carotene is converted into vitamin A in the liver and is one of the most active single oxygen free radical deterrents and scavengers. Beta-Carotene Capsules is indicated for skin disorders, including eczema, psoriasis and acne; for vision disorders, such as myopia, astigmatism, retinopathy, cataract formation and night blindness; and for degenerative disease, premature aging, cancer and inflammatory conditions.

Recommended Dosage
Adults: One capsule two to three times daily with meals.
Children under 12: One capsule one to two times daily with meals.
