Recommended Dosage
Adults: One to two capsules, two to three times daily with meals.
Children under 12: One capsules one to two times daily with meals.

CLA 700 provides conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a naturally-occurring fatty acid, formulated to specifically assist metabolic function, and the cardiovascular and immune systems. A special patented process is used to convert the linoleic acid into conjugated linoleic acid.

CLA is chemically related to linoleic acid (LA), however, it has opposite effects in certain physiological processes: CLA inhibits fat formation in adipose tissue, whereas LA stimulates fat formation; CLA is an excellent inhibitor of tumor growth while LA tends to promote tumor growth.
