Recommended Dosage
Adults:  One to two capsules daily, according to indications.
Menopause:  One to two capsules, two to three times daily away from meals from day 15 to 28 of the calendar month, for four months. Repeat as necessary.
Prevention of osteoporosis:  One to two capsules, two to three times daily away from meals from day 15 to 28 of the menstrual cycle, for four months. Repeat as necessary.
Premenstrual syndrome:  One to two capsules, two to three times daily away from meals from day 15 to 28 of the menstrual cycle, for four months. Repeat as necessary.
Prenatal:  One to two capsules, two to three times daily away from meals throughout entire pregnancy.
Children under 12:  For premenstrual syndrome, one capsule two to three times daily away from meals from day 15 to 28 of the menstrual cycle, for four months. Repeat as necessary.
