Recommended Dosage
Adults: 1/4 teaspoon one to two times daily. Massage into abdomen, neck, breast, underarms and inner thighs.
Children under 12: 1/4 teaspoon daily. Massage into abdomen, neck, breast, underarms and inner thighs.
