Recommended Dosage
Adults: 10 to 15 drops, two to five times daily, 30 minutes before meals.
Children under 12: Five drops two to three times daily, 30 minutes before meals.
Contraindications:
Pregnancy and discretion with hypertension due to American ginseng. Hypertensive and anticoagulant medications due to ginkgo.

| I find these particularly helpful. I tend to have low energy. This is a lot healthier than stupid energy, sugar drinks that are SO UNHEALTHY. |
