Each Vegetable Capsule Contains

• Thiamin Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 6 mg
• Choline (Bitartrate) 25 mg

Recommended Dosage
Adults: One to two capsules, two to three times daily with meals.
Trauma, Injury: Two to three capsules, three to four times daily with meals until symptoms subside.
Alzheimer's disease, Dementia: Two capsules two to three times daily with meals.
Chemotherapy: Two to three capsules, three to four times daily with meals during treatment. Continue with regular adult's dosage for three months.
Children under 12: One capsule two to three times daily with meals.
Trauma, Injury: One to two capsules, three to four times daily with meals until symptoms subside.
Chemotherapy: One to two capsules, three to four times daily with meals during treatment. Continue with regular children's dosage for three months.
