Yeast Arrest Boric Acid by Vitanica

Boric Acid has successfully been used to treat difficult cases of vaginal yeast and Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) infections. Boric acid is a safe substance with mild antiseptic properties, and kills far fewer of the benefical bacteria in the vaginal canal than antibiotics and antifungals do.

In one study of 100 women with chronic yeast vaginitis that had failed to respond to treatment with over-the-counter or prescription antifungal medicines, 98% of the women successfully treated their infections with boric acid capsules inserted into the vagina twice per day for two to four weeks.

Several commercial douching products contain boric acid.

Ingredients:

• Boric Acid...600mg
• Oregon Grape Root... 150mg
• Calendula Flowers... 50mg

Other Ingredients: Vegetable cellulose and water.

Suggested Use:
Acute yeast vaginitis:
Mild cases: Insert 1 suppository twice per day for 3 to 7 days.
Resistant cases: Insert 1 suppository twice per day for 10 to 14 days.

Chronic yeast vaginitis
Insert 1 suppository twice per day for two weeks. If a response occurs but not a complete resolution, repeat for an additional two weeks 1 capsule 2 times per day. Then, 1 capsule 2 times per day. Then, 1 capsule per day for four days each month, during menstruation, for four months.

Prevention of recurrence
Insert 1 suppository once per day at bedtime during menstruation for four months.
